Hi, I’m Margaret Pauls, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Master Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association. My specialties include working with adults, seniors, pregnancy, and postpartum offering a whole-person approach to wellness that’s rooted in evidence-based nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes.
